Good hotel but poor location.

The Hotel is clean comfortable and the staff helpful. The Bar us only open for 4 hours in the evening. There is no restaurant and Bar food choice was very uninspiring. The Hotel is located in the outskirts of town with very limited choice of restaurants in the vicinity. The pool looked as if had been empty for a long while. It really seems to be targeting the commercial market not leisure travellers.

Reseña negativa Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Exe Ourense 4 estrellas fue bastante decepcionante. Nos alojamos el 8 de agosto y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba. La habitación estaba en la última planta, completamente acristalada, y con el calor que hacía en agosto se convirtió prácticamente en un horno. Avisamos del problema, pero no nos dieron ninguna solución real. Lo único que hicieron fue proporcionarnos dos ventiladores, algo totalmente insuficiente dadas las condiciones de la habitación. Nos sentimos engañados por parte de las recepcionistas, que ya sabían de antemano que el aire no funcionaba. El servicio fatal, no han tenido ni un detalle de bonificación con nosotros.

Después de más de 10 años alojandome en este hotel he tenido una mala experiencia. Ya desdé que alojan a grupos de personas ha bajado mucho el servicio. En esta ocasión no funcionaba la TV durante los dos primeros días, en el baño encontré pelos en WC, la habitación que me dieron, pequeña. Muy mal insonorizada se oía todas las conversaciones de la habitación de al lado donde se alojaban personas del grupo, ruidos de agua en el techo, en definitiva muy mala experiencia que me lleva a tomar la decisión después de tantos años a no volver a alojarme

Großer Pool mit Liegewiese

Das Hotel außerhalb von Ouriense (aber mit PK W verkehrsgünstig) wirkt vom Ambiente innen her wie ein Tagungshotel. Unser Zimmer hatte eine ansprechende Größe, undwar mit Kühlschrank, aber ohne Wasserkocher oder. Kaffeebereiter ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war umfassend und gut, sogar mit Pastis de Nata und frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Das wirklich besondere am Hotel ist der ca 20 m lange und 5-6 m breite Pool, mit großer Liegewiese, Schatten unter ein paar Bäumen, und sehr freundlichem Service.
