The location was perfect close to Fatima and a supermarket just across the road which offered overnight free parking - receptionists were kind and helpful. Room was a good size and very clean. Big beds and great pillows made it a perfect night sleep!!

This hotel is newly constructed and was quite impressed by the modern room that’s comparable to a 4 star hotel. Breakfast buffet is available at 18€ and have a great variety of food served.

Airless room, we had to open room window to street (noisy) and room door to the hallway to get air. No air-conditioning at the time. No microwave, no teapot, no refrigerator, just a bare room, clean, hotel staff was pleasant. Okay for a night (bring a fan or two), convenient location. Seems to consider itself to be an upscale modern hotel, but it falls short.

Air conditioning in the room given to us was not working. A fan was purposely placed and windows open because they know that the air conditioning is broken. Asked to move to another room but no room available for the first day. The staff promised to move us the next day to room 309. I told him to put a note so the next person will know. The next day, nobody knew about our complaint.

The parking spots were directly in front of the hotel. The hotel has a machine on the first floor to get coffee, but they should probably provide a tea kettle in each room. Our main issue was that you could absolutely hear everyone around you. At 2 a.m., there were people outside our room knocking on doors and kids screaming. We weren’t able to fully fall asleep until almost 2 a.m. Also, if you want to get breakfast, you must purchase it in advance, at least the day before because you won’t be able to get it if you decide that morning.
