We did not have high expectations for this moderately-priced hotel but it was outstanding. The staff were very helpful, the continental breakfast was much more than one would expect with that description. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Good location for access to lots of restaurants and also to road access to downtown and other areas in Ottawa.

I needed a last minute one night stay in my own city, so honestly price, free parking and free breakfast were my main considerations. I arrived at 9:30 pm and was SO impressed at how immaculate everything was, the lobby, elevator, and especially my room. The staff were all fast and friendly, and the breakfast, while simple, was plentiful. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Ottawa.

This is an excellent hotel that is not luxurious, but neither is the price. It is clean, neat, has breakfast and the staff is friendly. Good value for the price and location. Rooms are standard for the price and are all you need for the night.
