The king bed room was very spacious and comfortable. It had a mini kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and a dish washer. the kitchen had crockery, cutlery, glasses and cups. The building was old but was kept clean. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Though there are a few restaurants nearby an inhouse restaurant would have been convenient. One of the worst thing is that they did not even provide a bottle of drinking water. and you are expected to buy it from the mini market at a exorbitant price.

This hotel had a clean and functional suite with a very comfortable bed and is RIGHT next to the train and bus station so even if you don't take their free airport shuttle it is fairly easy to get to and then to the rest of Ottawa from there. Also, it had one of the best hotel buffet style breakfast I have ever had. Surprisingly quality food! Their gym facility is also really clean and has a variety of equipment to use in an air conditioned room!
