Very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very well located for what we were interested in doing. Breakfast was included which did become somewhat confusing. However, it was a large full breakfast. So if that’s what you’re looking for every morning, this would work for you. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a very nice stay! We were able to check in early which was wonderful. We found the flashing of the snow Detector throughout the night quite bothersome! We also had a fire alarm in the morning. We would have really loved to have breakfast there but weren’t offered it as an addition to our room. Other than those things it was a wonderful stay :)

Clean room and bigger than uk hotel rooms.A kettle would have been handy but I don’t think they are popular in Canada. Great breakfast no fried eggs ,they are scrambled egg every day.You do have cold boiled eggs as well as the normal full English without fried eggs.Plus Continental breakfast.All staff very friendly and very helpful.Nice place.

This hotel is perfectly situated, close to Parliament Hill and all other buildings. There are plenty of restaurants/bars and shops within a few minutes along a pedestrian walkway. Everything about this hotel is perfect. The amenities in the room are Crabtree & Evelyn. Reception is extremely helpful.

Everything was very clean and well kept. But for the price of the room, i feel breakfast ( at least something small) should be included. We also had a problem with the underground parking being full after we already paid, but staff was very helpful and found a quick solution! I would stay here again.
