We had very understanding staff and we were upgraded to a better room with more light. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a walk in shower, but that must have been our mistake because the hotel doesn’t have any rooms with this amenity.

The location of Arlo is perfect, easy to access Rogers Centre and all the famous spots along the river. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, stable wifi and the continental breakfast. In addition, the staffs (Jessica and Dennis) are nice and helpful.
