“This was an outstanding stopover for a couple of nights. A most welcoming hostess, overseeing our visit throughout. The room, although not large, was clean and well maintained, and like the rest of the property spick and span. Breakfast was outrageously generous, both in size and content. The location is very quiet and highly suited to visiting local attractions, being only 5 mins drive from Aldeburgh and 10 mins from Snape, with car parking well provided on site. Thoroughly recommended.”

The w.c. was filthy in the bowl.
The stairs leading to the room - the Stour Room - were dusty with bitts all over
The property looks lovely outside but i would not recommend it to anyone and i think you should visit this inn urgently.

“The rooms/chalets are fairly new and everything was in good order. The shared patio is a nice idea as it gives you the opportunity to wander out with your coffee and slump in the fresh air, surrounded by plants. We arrived on e-bikes and there was an area of shingle in the garden outside the chalets which was the perfect size to put the bikes overnight, they could only be seen from the chalets.
