“Very nice”

“Only down side is that i didnt stay longer! A very cute little cottage with everything you need. Good heating, a very warm and comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and a lovely little deck outside your room and access to a private outdoor bath. This is very close to Roxburgh and Ettrick traven is just up the road. I would love to come back and stay here again. There is no staff on site and i had to go to the cafe next door to ask about how to access my room. The ladies in the cafe said...

“Due to missunderstanding we were unable to stay but the owners handled it very professionally and refunded fully. Highly recommending. ”

“Lovely Bed and Breakfast managed by Janet. It's small but lively place. Great view of the lake too. Highly recommend if you're the type of person that likes privacy and are on a budget.”

“the entire property is so good we stayed for 3nights , really love it”

“Fantastically comfortable bed, couldn't wait to get into it each of the 3 nights we stayed. Nicely appointed and very clean accommodation but in this day and age the least expectation would be a small microwave and a sink in the room. Found plates, cups and cutlery but not ideal having to wash up in the bathroom and Ranfurly doesn't have many places to eat out at night.”

“We had nice stay in lonely neighbourhood”

“Really lovely property, environment, room, and breakfast! Generous and warm hosts, friendly without being overbearing. Perfect night! ”
