個人的には気に入ってるホテルです

駅から近く駅前の商業施設の入り口が目の前なので非常に便利です。費用も周りと比べて安いほうだと思います。施設的には大浴場もあり気に入っています。 エレベーターが1基しかないので朝とか待つことがよくあります。あと電子レンジも三階にあるので若干不便です。施設に関しては、費用的に難しいこともあると思いますが‥。ご検討の参考にして頂ければ幸いです。 総合的には気に入ってるホテルです。

フロント担当の対応最低 客が居るのにスタッフ同士で絡んで遊んでる 部屋はエアコン効かない 真夏の夜に、気温30℃湿度65%（体感）の部屋で過ごすの辛すぎ フロントに電話しても出ない ※23時頃に電話したので、これは致し方ない？かも？ ちょっと離れるけど、ナウリゾートの方がずっっっと良い

笑顔があれば、もう最高。

サウナ付き大浴場やセミダブルベッドの設備、スリッパや部屋などの清潔感かあり、とても良かったです。ただ、フロントの方は良かったのですが他の従業員の方々にもっと笑顔での対応があれば更に良かったと思います。
