Simple check-in with phone. Note that there is no reception, everything is done by phone. Wide, standard breakfast. Despite lower price compared to similar alternatives, cannot say it was worse. Only downside, if an infant is included in the booking, it is expected to sleep in the main bed unless you contact the Hotel beforehand.

Because we had a US phone number we couldn’t relieve the sms message on how to get in. Your company really needs to send out the codes via email as well for the travelers who don’t get the sms messages. Fortunately, as we were trying to figure out how to contact someone the manager was leaving and helped us get our code. This man was wonderful, very friendly and a real life saver!

DIY hotel

Not really a hotel. More like a DIY living. You have to use a code to get in (which did not work). Phonecall, no one present. TV didn`t work (no reception to call). Breakfast not fresh, bread, vegetables etc stale). Not to be recommeded at that price.

Essentially stole my money. They said they would text a check-in code. They never did. I emailed the hotel directly a week in advance of my stay to ask for further details and to confirm that they had my correct contact info. No response. Expedia proved unhelpful in trying to get my money back. Disappointing, and costly, experience to say the least.

Something different that works.

Sure difficult to know what to say about this hotel. I stayed for 2 nights. It grows on your and gets better and better ... The breakfast is the best you can imagine, NOTHING missing! The first impression is more like a chock. First problem is to find this small door. You open the door and wonder: Can this be right??? How did I end up here ...??? You drag your heavy bag up the 5 steps, gets into the elevator to the 2nd floor, and find a corridor with plenty of doors. All the codes work, the bed is great, the bathroom is nice, all you need is there and the breakfast makes it all great. So what is this? Somebody bought the 2nd floor in an apartment building and made it into a hotel. It works! The location is great but the garage across the street has limited opening hours. In order to not pay a penalty I had to stand there at the street waiting for them to open ;-( NOT good!!!

Sentral beliggenhet med 1.klasses frokost.

Som forventet, meget bra Venneparet som var med fik rom 222. Dette var siden av frokostsalen med vindu inn til den. Og uten ventilasjon. Ubeboelig! Etter en telefonsamtale fikk de byttet rom. Hyggelig samtale og meget positiv til Ă„ hjelpe. Vi kommer tilbake!

Weekend i Östersund

Bra vistelse, förutom att vi satt fast i hissen mellan hotellrummen och restaurangen. Satt fast i hissen i 45 min. Hotellchefen fick vi tag i pÄ telefon. Tydligen nÄt glapp i hissdörren. Vi förvÀntade oss nog en kompensation. Vi tiggde Ät oss varsin Coca Cola. Hotellchefen verkade frÄnvarande.

MedelmĂ„ttigt ”hotell”

Sparsmakat hotell placerat över en thaibuffé, lukt som sprider sig. Vi besökte hotellet vid varm vÀderlek, fick ett rum med fönster in mot frukostmatsalen!? Fönstret gick inte att öppna och mycket varmt i rummet. Det andra rummet gick fönstret att öppna men dÄ störde en kylkompressor pÄ utsidan. BÄda dessa rum lÄg vÀgg i vÀgg med köket sÄ redan kl 5 blev vi vÀckta av personalen som började förbereda frukosten. Varning för rum 218 och 222! Bra frukostbuffé och rimligt pris var de enda glÀdjeÀmnena.
