This was my first time visiting Bergamo, and the hotel was a great choice. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered plenty of options. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Città Alta (via the funicular), the main shopping street, restaurants, and the central train station. The only quirky detail was the elevator system—it’s not the most efficient, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and when we return to Bergamo, this will definitely be our choice again.

Hotel is very old, but comfortable. Breafast was very good, bar very good, location is amazing. parking perfect, people are so nice. some construction going on in the area but only during day time.

No fridge (or broken fridge), no service other than letting you do self cleaning (saying lets help the mother nature). A clerk or manager or whatever, an elder who took so long to type foreign names and addresses like mine, even with typos at best, when requested to print out an invoice for business proof. - Eventually he sent wrong invoice to worng person, and had to go back to hotel to correct. Terrible hotel for the brand name. Just avoid booking this hotel this season when hight school kids graduate, or ask for rooms facing not the street. Kids come to the McDonalds nearby to park the line of 'Rus' buses in front of your room with loud music and noises at 3 o'clock in the morning. The town was beautiful the hotel was not.

Fast check in. Clean hotel. Large rooms. Good situation of the hotel close to the center. If you dont ask the reception, your room wont be clean during your stay. A bit strange but you better read the info in the room as no one told us upon check in.* In our bathroom, there was a continuous whistling noise coming from the pipes in the ceiling. quite disturbing. Rooms are over heated even after asking the reception to lower the temperature.

Could do better. Average stay.

Average 3* hotel. Well situated not far from the station. Very impersonal welcome at reception. No information given about the hotel. Minimal service. Room was clean. Bed is not ready made as you have a folded comforter on top of your bedsheet that you need to unfold and set on the bed. First day, the heater was a bit on the high side. I mentionnés it to the reception. Next few days heater was out. Cannot control from the room. Bathroom is comfortable but one of the shower door did not have the rubber underneath so the water was leaking on the tiles every time I took a shower. Needed to use the towels to sponge out the water. The towel could be a bit bigger. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Good selection. Would be good to get a small plier to get the bread out of the toaster instead of burning your fingers. Waiters are just clearers and are not even greeting you when you come for breakfast. Coffee machine was not functioning and I had to get a waiter who said to me that it was full. He emptied the drawer but when I came back it was not working. Had to call another waiter. Service is very limited. Ok stay but will not stay there again.
