Nice room with comfortable bed, desk, and chairs with good size bathroom. Breakfast area is little crowded by good hot and cold food. Beautiful building with lots of stairs. One elevator is slow but they warn you. Close to all attractions with great bus/trams if needed. Recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed a pizza dinner in the restaurant as well. The dining area is especially beautiful with large windows overlooking the street. The rooms were quiet and comfortable; the staff accommodated us with adjoining rooms. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the train station and harbor.

Place felt worn and a bit shabby. Tired decor that had seen better days. Poorly coordinated colors in rooms. No bathrobes or slippers! I called thinking housekeeping, I thought they forgot to leave them and was told they charge extra for that. Definitely not a four-star property. I would give it three stars plus. Plus is for decent breakfast. But everything else felt dated.. in the future will stay elsewhere.
