A Clean sparse room with an easy self check in kiosk. Perfect for a place to stay in between flights. Only con is there is no air conditioning but opening the window at night was enough to make the room cool in September.

Great location, stylish. Staff somewhat unhelpful at times (seeming to rely on pointing me to the self serve terminals to solve issues) but helpful and skillful in other manners. Nice looking hotel but somewhat showing a bit of age. That said, would stay again.

Excellent proximity to a very functional and clean train station that is full of restaurants, pubs, and a mall. Hotel is spread out by sections so you don’t feel the hustle and bustle of everyone doing everything at once. Lots of vending machines and chances to get food on site. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out.

this hotel is located extremely close to the train station, we stayed one night as we had a flight the next day. The check in was all automated and very easy. The room was fine, some repairs in progress to the walls. no TV in room. This is a perfect overnight hotel in Copenhagen.

City Box is definitely a no frills hotel but that is how they keep their prices so low. The room and hotel were exceptionally clean, there was 24 hour staff on call and it was very centrally located! Would highly recommend!

The staff we encountered were very nice, very helpful. Checking in was no problem, as there is a human to back-up the digital check-in system. Our room was clean, a good size. The hotel is conveniently placed for Oslo Central train station. We left too early to try the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. There was no TV in our room, but that is no problem for us. For the location the price was acceptable. We would stay again.

Cool concept hotel perfect for short stays where u aren't in the room much. Easy self checkin, clean simple rooms with comfy beds and no noise (and blackout curtains!). Perfect location- would definitely stay here again!

The location is exceptionally great! The place comes with a public kitchen where you can warm food and make a simple hot food. It is quiet and clean. I had a very good sleep. The staff are friendly and are willing to help.

Good location and value. Basic room but as described for what I was paying for. Useful being able to store luggage. My room wasn’t ready when I checked in despite it being well after check in time. It was frustrating checking in at a machine and not being able to get help easily when it wouldn’t work.
