Check in was very pleasant, the young man who checked us in, was very nice and informative. The room was very clean. The thermostat was easy to understand and control. The pool was nice, it was at a good temperature. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work. ( hasn’t for 2 years)

Was it cost efficient place to stay at. The lady who checked me in was really wonderful. She answered every question I had. We went next door to the restaurant bar . I was really surprised. The food was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Dirty room. Carpet very stained up and left my feet sticky and gross. Ran out of toilet paper a couple of times in the middle of the night. Toilet plugged in the middle of the night and waited for a plunger until noon the next day. No elevator, so going up two flights of stairs to get to your room with a bunch of luggage, stroller, car seat, or baby made it very challenging. No automatic doors either, so the heavy doors slam on you as you’re trying to get in the door with your luggage and baby. Pool had green algae on the flooring and stairs. No pool towels available on the weekend. Pricey for what you get, but it is convenient for the location.
