The property is conveniently located and is close to major attractions, food stores, and train stations. The room is spacious and the amenities offered were great, including the free laundry. The self check-in and self check-out process was also smooth and easy.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was very convenient and close to everything, and the room was a great value for the price. However, we did find several black hairs on our bed during our stay, and as two blonde girls, we knew they weren’t ours. The beds and pillows were quite firm, so sleeping may be a little rough if you’re not used to that. The wifi was also fairly slow on our devices. We appreciated having laundry facilities available, but even after running the dryer for 4 30-minute paid cycles, our clothes still weren’t fully dry. Despite these issues, we had a nice stay overall and really enjoyed the location.

The room was just okay compared to some other hotels we stayed in during our trip. Has more of a hostel type feel to it. It was definitely a bonus to have 5 beds in our room so that we only needed to book one room, but it was a bit squishy. Check in is done digitally right at check in time. Hotel staff was extremely helpful to us as they shipped a package to our next hotel for us of a stuffed animal that we had accidentally left behind. Extremely thankful for that!

Overall, we had a great stay. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We really appreciated the complimentary drinks, which were a nice touch after a long day of sightseeing. The free washing machines were also a huge plus, and we thought it was perfectly reasonable that the dryers required a small fee. The facilities were good and had everything we needed, but the best part was definitely the location. It was extremely convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the city. The only downside was that the beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the pillows were quite firm, which made it a little difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel, especially because of its excellent location and friendly staff.

This hotel is in a great location, we found out it was just a short 8 minute walk to the popular areas. Very clean and we felt safe at all times. The downside there is a step up to the bathroom and the beds are rock solid with these little pebbles in the pillows. It is bunk bed set up so if you have mobility issues ask for a handicap room. They have happy hour with coffee, hot chocolate and other drinks we found that a nice touch and we hung out in the lobby a lot that was cool to get a break while everyone in your group gets ready for the day.

This hotel was in a good location, a short safe walk to Namba area. The staff were helpful in shipping a forgotten item to our next hotel. The beds and pillows were much much firmer than our preference. Nice and clean hotel. Appreciated the laundry facilities.

Location was good for catching subway and walking to Dontanori area for vibrant activities and food. The hotel is on the main strip so lots if cars and motorcycles reving engines at night. If you are a light sleeper this makes for late night's. Pillows were very firm and the beads which is common in Japan but these were really full and firm. Front desk staff is sitting behind a door-curtain which is a bit odd but were helpful when we buzzed them. You need to pay for locker storage which most hotels do for free but giving front staff isnt sitting out front this makes sense. Place was clean and for the money good value just we struggled getting good night sleep from road noise and pillows were not for us

A lovely modern hotel (QR code checkin) with a much-needed lobby eating area and free drinks after 2pm. The four bunk family room was compact but fully functional with mini fridge and small burner. The shower room and bidet were wonderful. Close to temple and a million 7-11 and restaurant options. Walkable and near trains. We didn’t realize free laundry too until too late. Leave a review day one and they’ll give you a late checkout. A great stay with delicious wagyu beef places nearby.
