Honestly, the best hotel I stayed in during my stay in Japan! Staff were so kind and very helpful. Also, the location is quite close to the station and popular shopping/food centers. Overall the property is very good, with kind and welcoming staff, spacious and clean rooms, etc. Only complaint is the noise from the highway right beside it, which picks up in the evening/night.

Absolutely stunning hotel, only had a chance to stay 1 night (nice and close to the bus to KIX), but had a great location and the room was one of the nicest and most unique I've ever had travelling. Will definitely stay here if I end up in Osaka again!

I loved how attentive all the staff were. I came from California not knowing Japanese but the front staff knew a bit which made the stay a bit easier. They were very polite and always assured us they were there to help. I recommend staying here if you need somewhere convient to stay in Japan
