A nice hotel, lovely staff who assisted with check in, and a very peaceful bar with good views of the city. In good location, close to transport, but also quieter than some of the more crazy areas. Much enjoyed our stay

The hotel was very nice, clean and well maintained. The staff was also very nice and helpful. The room was a little larger than the rooms at other hotels we stayed at in Japan which was a nice surprise. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located 5 minutes away from the subway and in a nice neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and the room was big compared with other places where we stayed in Japan. Laundry was a plus but there’re only 2 machines , so you have to plan ahead. Unfortunately, the property doesn’t have too much to offer besides a bar and a lounge area where you are not allowed to eat or drink. Overall, we had a nice staying.

A really excellent stay. The room was spotless, the location couldn't be better, and everything worked exactly as expected. The breakfast and the facilities went beyond what I was hoping for. The only small thing, and I mention it only as constructive feedback, is that at one point some of the staff came across as a little distant. Nothing that spoiled the experience, but a warmer welcome would have rounded off a stay that was otherwise flawless. I'd happily recommend it and would stay again.

My husband and I went ride our honeymoon and this was our first hotel we stayed in during our trip. It felt very luxurious without breaking our bank. The separate toilet/shower was my favorite thing! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back to this hotel and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

The Osaka Excel Hotel Tokyu was very clean, beautifully decorated, and customer oriented. The ambiance was welcoming and the staff helpful in every way. The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, cereals, smoothies, French toast and traditional Japanese food. It was fantastic! The only issue we had was a wifi connection but that was easily solved with an additional router. I would highly recommend this hotel!
