Located right in the middle of a nightlife district so it gets quite loud at night. Walls are quite thin and not sound proofed. Some guests named Andrew had his wife/partner locked out of the room which resulted in loud banging and screaming at 2am - dont be like his wife. Staff is kind and helpful. Not a fan of a sink being outside the bathroom. Close to station, about 5 mins walk.

We always enjoy our stay at The Hillarys Shinsaibashi Hotel and this time is most enjoyable too! Staff services are excellent and always very attentive. The buffet breakfast is delicious with good variety of choices every morning. The daily bread and coffee services for hotel guests is very popular among new and old customers👍👍☺️

I'm not regret choosing this as my 1st osaka trip hotel! The hotel staff were very friendly and the room is very nice, although a little bit small but is enough for 2 pax! Me and my wife enjoy the stay in this hotel, and it is very close to Shinsaibashi shopping street and there's a lot of food nearby to the hotel, if you looking hotel for your osaka trip, this is your best choice!
