The best place I’ve stayed in Japan so far. 5-star quality in every single aspect. The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, truly next-level service. Perfect location and beautiful hotel. We loved our huge room with an amazing city view - spacious and gorgeous large bathroom. Great towels, tower and bed, linens and pillows. It’s a great location, just 10 minute walk from Osaka station some great food options around. The hotel is quite old but the rooms are well maintained and still had the grand feeling. Beds are super comfy and really deep relaxing bath. For the price, it’s definitely worth it
