We had a fantastic stay, the hotel was clean and safe. Our room was great. With it being so close to Dotonbori we were surprised at how quiet and peaceful it was and sound proofed. Overall a great stay and would recommend to any future travellers due to the perfect location and helpful staff.

I loved the location of the hotel, everything was in a walkable distance! Super close to transit lines as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the whole visit. We also had no issues sleeping either, didn’t hear any of the outside noises. My only complaint is the wifi ): the wifi worked only half the time for us. It would disconnect a lot or just not connect at all, but other than that this location was perfect!

Holiday Inn Osaka Namba is extremely convenient—you’re right in the middle of everything, surrounded by restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and all the excitement of Namba. We were honestly a little shocked when we arrived because there’s nothing luxurious about the hotel. It’s simply a decent, somewhat clean, affordable place to stay in an excellent location. Surprisingly, even though you’re in the middle of all the chaos, we didn’t have an issue with street noise. If location and convenience matter more to you than luxury, it definitely gets the job done!

The location was excellent - located in the popular Dotonbori area, close to the long shopping street (Shinsaibashi), and very affordable. Buffet breakfast was also very good. Hotel staff very helpful.
