We stayed for 5 days & 4 nights … the hotel is easily accessible from Osaka metro (subway) to attraction sites …. This is a good apartment hotel kind with kitchen & washing machine in the unit … the only issue is they do the cleaning of the unit every 8 days

The hotel room is large enough for 3 twin size beds. The room is clean and close to restaurants. The hotel room has washer and dryer. We are able to wash our clothes while stay in this hotel. Great for family!

Big room with balcony for family of four with little kitchen. Washing machine was useful, dry clothes setting on bathroom wall and your clothes will be dry by the morning. We are very impressed with your hotel. It is perfect place for families with children.

Very clean, just two minutes walk to the train station of Ebisucho for Sakaijuki Line. There are two convenience stores and a lot the restaurants near by. Absolutely will stay again next time.

Loved the location. A short walk to the train station, Tokyo Tower and evening activities. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Easy check in and out, a lot of travel supplies, very soft bed and pillows, nice towels and linen. There was only a washing machine (no dryer), however, the bathroom has its own laundry drying system which dries the clothes faster than the regular dryer. Overall, we love the hotel and its location.

It’s great to stay in a condo style place. I cooked dinner one night. I bought the best meat the local grocery store had available, bought veggies from them and the market place and made sukiyaki. I had to wash dishes, but that’s the only negative. The dryer is the bathroom/shower/tub area and I heard these don’t work, however; mine did better than my expectations. I’d say jeans were dry in less than 8 hours. Btw, you have your own washer. The negatives would be it wasn’t the cleanest and there is no one staffing on the premises. However, they are at the property across the street. I ate at a few family run places and enjoyed their hospitality. The mom and daughter? Tonkatsu place was great. They were cheering on the Osaka baseball team and ever were wearing the team’s jerseys. Osaka is older than Tokyo, at least this area compared to where I stayed in Tokyo, but I didn’t have a problem with it. I would definitely stay here again.

It was quiet and clean. It was close to the subway. However, the furniture was cheap quality and the beds were too low and were uncomfortable. We also kept stubbing our toes on the bed frames. The fridge was tiny and the kitchen was small. The decor was like a college dorm. There is no receptionist; check in, check out, and help with room problems are all done electronically. The neighborhood streets had scattered trash, which is unusual for Japan. Near by restaurants were lesser quality. This was our third hotel with a kitchen that we stayed in on our 2-week trip to Japan, and this one suffered by comparison to the other two (that were in the same price range).
