We had a great 4 night stay. The hotel is centrally located and there were two major stations within easy walking distance. There were also alot of shopping, entertainment and food places within walking distance. We would stay here again.

The rooms are the Citadines are very spacious. They have full kitchen appliances and dining table in the rooms. The residents lounge and water dispensers are great amenities. The location is near all the major tourist spots with restaurants and shops steps away. We had a great stay here.

Great hotel in nice central location. My room was like a little apartment with mini kitchen, tea, fridge and some kind of oven which would be perfect for families. Bathroom came equipped with robe, shampoo and body wash and all toiletries. Bed was super comfy. It’s about a 5-7 minute walk from Namba Station so be prepared to walk (it was raining a lot when we came do a bit of an inconvenience. Also lots of shops and food court right there.

Great hotel at Denden town in Osaka! Staff was excellent, warm, very helpful. The rooms were clean, and amenities were awesome. Location can’t be beat: 15 minute walk to Dotonbori, Namba Parks, Shinhaibashi, and many other areas. Will absolutely stay here again when in Namba, Osaka!

We had an excellent stay here for our Osaka trip. Great location, lovely hotel with gorgeous rooms that are big for what you normally get in Japan. Excellent amenities, coffee on the top floor for no additional charge and great washing and drying facilities for little cost. We loved it here. Thank you.

The whole experience was first class. From check in where the staff were very helpful and spoke good English to the room which I quite large and comfortable. We had family in other rooms. One couple stayed one night and had the basic room ok for a couple of nights. The other two rooms had kitchen and sitting area. The One bedroom apartment was very good and even included a washing up and dryer. This room would be perfect for an extended period.
