Clean and new hotel near Osaka Namba that is very comfortable for family stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice too even though you would need to walk to a nearby block to enjoy the breakfast. Only downside was that the rooms are not cleaned up daily (only once during our 3 nights stay).

This hotel was fantastic for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). The hotel is new and felt new, fresh and clean. The beds were super comfortable, our room had a sauna, bath, big shower. It was nice we could log into Netflix and in terms of location it was perfect being close to Namba station, Dontonbori and a load of shops. Highly recommend the CINQ Hotel

Amazing hotel to stay in, in Osaka. Great location and the hotel has everything you need. The rooms are a great size. I wished I had spent my first 2 nights here. The only thing that let it down, is that there wasn’t any staff for our late check-in at 22:30. They give you a code to use in the panel of the door to get in to the actual reception, if no one is there. But ours wasn’t working, and if it wasn’t for other guests leaving or going in, I don’t know what we would have done. As we’re traveling and on travel Esims, I couldn’t call anyone. And would have had to wait for a reply by messaging. Other than that, the perfect hotel.

Good hotel but needs many improvements

New hotel in a great location. All beautifully decorated and modern. Comfortable beds but could not sleep as the rooms have office-style wooden blinds and let in a huge amount of light. Furthermore, service is non-existent, including nobody cleaning our room throughout the stay.

Very modern and conveniently located. The only downside for me was the lack of the ability to darken the room conpletely as there shades don‘t shut completely. This can be quite annoying when battling with jetlag.

I did a three night stay at this hotel. On the first day I arrived in the morning at 0830hrs to store my luggage prior to check-in, a service they said they had. There was a “be right back” sign on the desk with hours sited as 8am to 11pm. So I waited around wasting time. I decided to leave. When I returned I saw written paper over the hours showing a 9 am start time. So that “be right back” sign was a lie since their hours completely changed Secondly, the door bits to enter the room started falling off at first entry, we were scared thinking that since the door bits were fragile it would be easy for break-ins. Thirdly, you cannot turn on the bathroom vanity light without turning on all the lights including those in the bedroom which would wake up my guest. Lastly the staff did not show us how to open the door or give us the wifi password. Just an overall terrible experience

Hotel curato, nuovo e molto elegante. Check-in e check-out automatico.
