We loved this hotel. The hospitality was warm. The people where so polite and helpful. The food was amazing. They have a FamilyMart inside 24/7 which was incredible. Highly recommend it.

We booked the family suite on the 4th floor and were absolutely more than happy with it! Despite some other units needing to share a 1st floor kitchen/bath, we had our own private bathroom and kitchen. It was perfect for our needs. The host was also very communicative, even proactively reaching out to assure we were taken care of regarding an issue that happened with the building. They even offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Amazing hosts. Would definitely recommend if you're going with a family of 4-5!

Excellent location just a short walk from the train station! Walking distance to the aquarium and several wonderful restaurants! Rooms are clean, beds are soft, with cold air conditioning and private bathrooms. Free luggage storage as well! We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again!

フロントは無人とはいえ、すぐ裏にスタッフの方が控えているのでチェックイン操作で少し困ったことが起きた際に、こちらから助けを求める前に困っているのを察知して出てきてくださり丁寧にスムーズに対処して頂きました。おかげで安心して宿泊できました。建物はとても古いのですが、古いなりにとてもキレイにしているのが見て取れます。どうしても昭和の建築物という感じなので古さゆえの年季の入った感じはありますが、不衛生な汚さはなく掃除が行き届いていました。 ラウンジも広くランドリールームも広く、使い勝手が良く便利なお宿でした。駅からも近く海遊館も近く、とても良かったです。

部屋清潔感があります 家族６人で泊まり快適に過ごせました 施設の周りもコンビニや海遊館などもあり泊まるには便利な場所 下にはくつろぎスペースの大きな部屋があり賑わっているところが 安心しました。部活生などにもいいですね 外の車やバイクの騒音はとてもうるさく感じましたが耳栓が用意されています それ以外は問題ありません 関西に行く時にはまた絶対泊まりたいと思います またよろしくお願いします

最寄りの大阪港駅からおよそ100メートルと駅から近いです。 　さらに直ぐ隣にセブンイレブンがあります。 　他に海遊館や大観覧車まで徒歩で行けます。 　USJまでは少し歩くと無料の船（乗船時間５分）がでているので大変便利です。 　駅から近いので弁天町にある空庭温泉に行ったり、大阪城まで足を伸ばしたり出来ました。とにかくロケーションが最高でした。 　施設は清潔で、共同の洗濯機、乾燥機がそれぞれ6台あり混み合う事もなくゆったりと利用する事が出来ました。（洗剤が備え付けだったのも良かったです。） 　近隣にすき家からあったので、夜遅くに帰っても困る事はありませんでした。 　コスパは最高だと思います。

화장실, 샤워실 포함 방을 예약했고 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 야간 비행기라 체크인이 걱정이었는데 체크인, 체크아웃 모두 무인 셀프로 진행되어 부담이 없었고 숙소 크키는 침실+작은 식탁이 있는방으로 되어 있어 넓다고 느꼈습니다, 침실 남는 공간에 28인치 캐리어 2개를 피기에도 충분했습니다. 다만 화장실은 비좁은 편으로 참고하시면 좋겠습니다. 아쉬운 점이라면 2일 연박을 했지만 청소는 안해준 점, 수건을 바꿔주지 않은 점인데, 일본어로 안내가 되어있었다고 하네요. 이 부분은 제가 일본어를 몰랐던거고 미리 고지된 부분이라 이해하지만 밤 10시경 보낸 문자를 다음날 오후 4시경에 답장해주신건 아쉬웠습니다.
