The Adler Dolomiti is a must. Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Overall amenities are incredible. We decided to dine in all 3 nights for how good the food was. They had local products and the presentation was fantastic.

Best part of this hotel is the spa and the views incredible!! My room was a little cold because they hadn’t switched over to heat yet, but they were very accommodating with extra blankets. The pools, spa, etc were the best I’ve ever seen! I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice, but our room’s closet smelled like cigarettes and now our clothes wreak of it. The spa was also nice but they don’t explain things well and the language barrier is tough. My massage was very underwhelming, but the facial was amazing. Breakfast buffet was great, dinner menu was not our taste but they gave good recommendations for nearby restaurants. We did one of the hotel e-bike tours (supposed to be 5 hrs with a stop for lunch) but my husband’s chain broke within an hour and we’re shuttled back to the hotel. The tour guide was very kind and helpful but the equipment isn’t well taken care of and it shows.

Lovely hotel and spa amenities. We stayed in a beautiful room with garden/Mountain View’s. We took advantage of the spa services and the wonderful half board. We recommend this stay to any of our friends and family.

This hotel has RUINED our standards. It was our first stop on our Dolomites roadtrip and made the other hotels we stopped at ridiculously less nice. This place is so clean, location can’t get any better, the service is great, the spa is insane, the halfboard/restaurant is delicious and worth it. They think about the details that other hotels don’t think about like cleaning windows, giving snacks with drinks, offering umbrellas, complimentary processo, live music, parking your car for you, offering the cutest little frame as a souvenir - basically, we are now spoiled and every other hotel will never compare. One tiny little thing they could improve on - some of our food (whether ordered on the menu or at the buffet) was cold or very room temperature, not something you want from pasta carbonara or scrambled eggs, for example.

We had a great stay at Adler! The pools and saunas were a great spot to relax after some of our days out hiking. The staff was very warm and welcoming and helped us navigate the area and get to the cable cars we were looking to take. Overall great experience!!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Food is excellent. I usual don’t eat dinner at hotels, but the dinners were excellent, as was breakfast. Sauna and hot tubs were perfect for days after a hike. Staff was great. Was one of the best all around hotels I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at some of the best.
