Accueil excellent, chambre confortable (nous avions une chambre avec lit double + lit simple pour notre enfant), localisation parfaite en plein centre tout en restant calme. PossibilitĂ© de se garer dans le parking souterrain Ă  2 pas avec tarif prĂ©fĂ©rentiel. Nous reviendrons sans hĂ©siter lors d’un prochain sĂ©jour Ă  OrlĂ©ans.

Forte chaleur dans la chambre

Je tiens Ă  partager mon expĂ©rience rĂ©cente dans cet hĂŽtel, notamment concernant la climatisation. Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© en nous fiant Ă  la fiche Google de l'Ă©tablissement qui indiquait clairement "climatisation dans toutes les chambres". À notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons dĂ©couvert que la climatisation n'Ă©tait prĂ©sente que dans les parties communes, et que les chambres Ă©taient Ă©quipĂ©es de ventilateurs de plafond, justifiĂ© par une dĂ©marche "Ă©co-responsable". Ayant une rĂ©servation non annulable, nous sommes restĂ©s. La chambre 440, situĂ©e au dernier Ă©tage , que nous avons occupĂ©e Ă©tait une vĂ©ritable fournaise, rendant le sommeil impossible mĂȘme en utilisant le ventilateur Ă  forte puissance. Les couloirs Ă©taient plus frais que la chambre. Il est trompeur de commercialiser cette chambre par forte chaleur. Cette pratique est, Ă  mon sens, trompeuse. Nous sommes extrĂȘmement déçus de cette expĂ©rience. Ce qui explique la note de 1 Ă©toile, la fonction premiĂšre d’un hĂŽtel Ă©tant d’y dormir et de s’y reposer. À noter, - la mention de la climatisation sur Google a Ă©tĂ© modifiĂ©e aprĂšs notre Ă©change avec la direction, mais aucun geste commercial. - l’hĂŽtel est assez joliment dĂ©corĂ© et situĂ© dans une rue proche de l’activitĂ© mais plutĂŽt calme. - petit dĂ©jeuner conforme aux attentes.
