Room was very quiet and clean, bed was comfortable. Unfortunately both the toilet seat and faucet were loose. Later breakfast meant ants were crawling on the nice breads on the counter. Terrace is lovely to sit outside. Online check-in was seamless.

When I got into town, my access to the building via text did not work. I called the company and they helped me get in. It was great communication all through my stay. I would love to stay there again.

The property was wonderful. The rating is low because of the way that is established to enter the hotel. It is unmanned so you have to scan a QR code on your mobile device to receive an entry code. If your phone service is in France, I’m sure there’s no problem as I saw with other people, but since I’m from the United States and my service was roaming, I had less than standard service. It failed at least once and I was not comfortable with going outside and getting locked out, so I stayed inside the whole time which fortunately was only one night. Contacting the staff was not easy because my service was from a different country and they didn’t answer the phone when you called but would call you back. When the call was returned, it was explained that there was an actual key stored in a lock box in the room. This would have worked well if the key actually worked in the lock, but it did not work. So I ended up being happy when my departure time arrived.

Helt fantastisk - bortsett fra lukten av kloakk, som setter ned karakteren ganske mye for mitt vedkommende. Hyggelig "vaskedame", grei selvbetjeningsfrokost, behagelig rom. Men altsÄ, alt luktet av kloakk, helt opp i andre etasje.

Net hotel, centraal gelegen

Hotel in het centrum van Orleans zonder receptie, alles gaat via je smartphone - t/m het openen van de deuren aan toe. Dat betekent wel dat-ie goed opgeladen moet zijn en je hem ook niet op de kamer moet laten liggen. Verder keurige kamer met comfortabel bed en ruime badkamer. Beneden is een gemeenschappelijke (ontbijt)ruimte met koelkast die door iedereen gebruikt kan worden. Gratis bagagekluis.

Un hĂ©bergement nouvelle gĂ©nĂ©ration... MĂȘme s'il est pratique de gĂ©rer soi-mĂȘme son arrivĂ©e et son dĂ©part, les contraintes liĂ©es Ă  l'absence de personnel de rĂ©ception sont bien lĂ . AprĂšs le couac liĂ© au problĂšme de transmission du rĂšglement entre le site de rĂ©servation et le prestataire, mauvaise surprise pour nous : on nous a attribuĂ© une chambre au rez de chaussĂ©e, Ă  l'entrĂ©e de l'Ă©tablissement donc nous avons pu suivre les allĂ©es et venues de tous les hĂŽtes 😅 Le pire : dĂšs l'entrĂ©e de la chambre, nous avons Ă©tĂ© saisis par l'odeur de remontĂ©es d'Ă©gouts... comme si nous entrions dans un local poubelles ! MalgrĂ© nos actions pour tenter de limiter la nuisance (faire couler l'eau, aĂ©rer, etc) nous avons Ă©tĂ© incommodĂ©s toute la nuit. D'aprĂšs la personne qui gĂ©rait le petit dĂ©jeuner, le problĂšme Ă©tait connu des propriĂ©taires et nous aurions dĂ» demander une autre chambre. Si d'autres chambres "saines" et plus tranquilles Ă©taient disponibles, pourquoi nous avoir attribuĂ© celle-ci ?? 😒 Dernier point en moins : pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains : ça caille ! Bref... déçus, sauf par la dĂ©co et la literie

Je recommande absolument cet hĂ©bergement : chambre spacieuse, insonorisĂ©e; Ă©quipement d’une grande qualitĂ©, salle de bain trĂšs agrĂ©able et fonctionnelle. La cuisine collective est super conviviale et trĂšs bien achalandĂ©e (frigo Ă  disposition ainsi que d’autres appareils mĂ©nagers). Petit dĂ©jeuner sain et en libre-service. J’ai eu un contact trĂšs chaleureux avec une certaine Kathleen, trĂšs sympathique et efficace. Bref, super adresse en plein centre (on entend le timbre de la cathĂ©drale Ă©grener les heures), tramway au pied de l’immeuble. Au top !

Petits retours

L'établissement se veut en gestion autonome sans personnel sur place. Du coup, dÚs que la porte d'entrée est passée, c'est un peu comme si on entrait dans un escape game, a tout regarder avant de pousser la prochaine porte, de peur de louper l'information importante. Passé cette sensation, l'établissement est neuf, au goût du jour et on se sent plus dans un logement associatif que dans un hÎtel. Pour ma part il a manqué des choses nécessaires (que je pensais trouver dans la chambre) : un espace de travail avec a minima un rebord dépliable et une chaise. J'ai du me résoudre a passer une grande partie de ma soirée dans la cuisine commune pour travailler, ne profitant pas ainsi du "cocon" que l'on me proposait. Une petite table de nuit également. Pour poser lunette, téléphone, ou autres objets plus encombrants (pensez a ceux qui sont appareillés pour de l'apnée du sommeil). Voilà pour ces petits points négatifs. Pour le reste l'endroit est trÚs bien. Douche superbe, j'ai trÚs bien dormi dans la literie, l'appli a bien joué son rÎle et le personnel, que j'ai eu l'occasion d'appeler, a répondu de suite et réglé mon souci en un instant.

Bien, quelques petits points à améliorer.

Bien car propre et idĂ©alement placĂ©. Je noterai dans les points nĂ©gatifs : - La salle d'eau qui n'a pas de chauffage, trĂšs honnĂȘtement c'Ă©tait glacial. - Le matin eau tiĂšde dans la douche. - La procĂ©dure de confirmation de la rĂ©servation qui demande une photo de la carte d'identitĂ©, je ne suis pas fan des sites inconnus qui stockent des DCP (DonnĂ©es Ă  CaractĂšre Personnel) Ă  des fins non obligatoires (les autres hĂŽtels ne demandent jamais de piĂšces d'identitĂ©s). Sinon petit dĂ©jeuner simple mais suffisant et la dame prĂ©sente trĂšs sympathique.

Le lieu est surprenant et conviviale.

Surprenant l'accueil Ă  l'interphone. Mais sinon tout parfait. Établissement agrĂ©able. Juste un peu trop chaud dans la chambre pour dormir. Impossible de rĂ©gler la tempĂ©rature et fenĂȘtre sur extĂ©rieur plutĂŽt bruyant.

Bonne expérience

Un concept que je ne connaissait pas mais qui, ma foi, est assez simple : l'enregistres fait en amont par téléphone, il n'y a pas de réception physique mais toujours quelqu'un pour vous répondre par téléphone et traiter la demande. Les chambre sont trÚs agréables et trÚs propres. Une cuisine partagée avec une copieux petit déjeuner et du personnel pour vous guider. Je recommande et si je reviens dans le coin, je reviendrais.

Nouveau concept d'hÎtel sans présence physique pour la réception sans toutefois nuire à la bonne prise en charge de la chambre. L'utilisation du smartphone bien pensée permet une autonomie et une simplification des accÚs. Au niveau du petit déjeuner choix restreint, manque de laitage, compote... La recherche et la découverte des ustensiles pour la préparation du petit déjeuner amÚne une certaine convivialité avec les autres clients

1.gang, jeg skulle prÞve at kom ind pÄ et hotel med QR-kode og smartphone. Noget af en udfordring, men perfekt kommunikation via telefonen, fordi vejledningen fungerede ikke optimal. Hotellet er hyggelig og rart, med gÄrdhave og fÊlles kÞkken/opholdsstue. Vi var der kun 1 nat, men det kan anbefales til lÊnger ophold.

La localisation est trÚs centrale, on peut visiter Orléans à pied (5 minutes à pied de la gare) TrÚs bien décoré avec en plus un petit jardin. La literie est trÚs bonne et la décoration soigné.

Pas mal mais manque quelques services

Concept intĂ©ressant, autonomie a du bon mais exige que tout fonctionne parfaitement. L’ouverture de la porte principale se fait Ă  l’heure prĂ©cise et je suis arrivĂ© plus tĂŽt. Heureusement une personne Ă©tait prĂ©sente et a fait le nĂ©cessaire. Chambre standard un peu bruyante ( voitures dans la rue), petit dej sucrĂ© seulement, mais cafĂ© trĂšs bon. Par contre wifi et connexion internet ne fonctionnait pas , dommage
