Spent four nights at this villa. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. One recommendation is to update the tv's to smart tv. One of the tv in one of the bedroom did not work but otherwise everything else was fine. We would stay here again.

Looks like they turned apartment into hotel rooms, which was really good. Rooms were clean, and spacious. The website showed a room with two double (or twin) beds, but it was actually beds in two separate rooms. The bed spring was squeaky and the wall was thin - I could hear snoring from the next unit.

So so I booked the room seeing the pictures of everything being a little older, so I knew what to expect but when I got here, it was only for two nights anyway and it’s a decent price but when I got here, it was a lot older than the pictures. in the room. The drawers are scuffed up and marked up. The beds are super old and leaning and creaking like it’s about to fall apart, I was terrified the bed was gonna break any time I got on it .the bathroom shower pressure was terrible. You can tell the bed wasn’t fully cleaned. There was lots of hair and marks on my sheets, thankfully I’m one of the people that tend to change the sheets and use my own stuff. I hate the checkout is at 10 AM. It’s not fair for the fact that you have to check in at 4 PM. Anyway, the good stuff about this place The staff was really friendly. They worked very fast. The pool stayed open until 11 PM which is very rare for a lot of places. There was a lot of parking you can connect your own streaming stuff to the TVs. It was spacious. And they have the option of late checkout and if you wanna stay until 5 PM, it’s a small charge.

Property inside and out was very clean. The management staff were very friendly and responsive. The pool and hot tub areas were wonderful. The giant size checkers and chess were fun to play as well as look at. The location was convenient for the Heritage Center although there was a lit of road construction going on.

Very clean both the accomodations and the property. The rooms are older but nicely appointed. It was easy to walk to a grocery store. Unfortunately road work was being done but other than noise, it was not a problem for our stay. The only hitch re communication was that a parking pass had to be requested and was.not provided until our stay was almost over. But there was plenty of convenient parking and no one asked for the pass. Seemed to be lots of families and a pleasant area.

Great place

The Villa was great. Clean and very spacious. There was an issue with my reservation but they took care of it quickly and had me a villa within 15 minutes. Make sure you call them to verify your booking before you go. The hub that does the booking for them is in Daytona. It was quiet until people outside the Villa property decided at 11pm-3am to shoot off fireworks. That was a 1 night event. The villa was clean and the showers were all great walk-ins. I will definitely stay here again but not near the road next time.

Overbooked but tried their best

They were overbooked and didnt have the 3br i paid for. We did a late check in. They didnt have a reservation for me at all, but security put us in a 2br unit so we had somewhere to sleep. Unit had spiders and an outlet that didnt work. TVs are tiny. Otherwise, it was clean. Next morning, staff was nice and issued refund no problem since they couldnt accommodate. Unit was not wheelchair accessible. Had a headache getting my power chair inside to charge it. Complex was clean. Basic but clean facility
