Everything was clean. Several grocery stores nearby, which was handy cause the prices at the hotel shop were quite high. Furthermore convenient bus rides to the park and early park access. Also there’s a decent pool and a gym. Would consider staying here again.

Rooms were good size and clean. Beds comfortable. Had a full Starbucks on site. Pool was warm and had life jackets and toys for kids, movies on pool screen at night and lifeguard on site. Suggest maybe an ups or fedex on site to ship souvenirs home. Buses ran frequent to parks. Would stay again

Clean modern hotel. Well maintained. Stayed here to attend a conference at West Convention Centre. Easy to access ride-share as it’s too far to walk to each day. Great reliable free shuttle service every 10 mins to Universal establishments. Fantastic pool area and had no issues with any food I ordered or purchased from the cafe and market store on site.

Best thing was the staff. I can’t remember who helped us and I hate that I didn’t catch a name cause she was awesome. Staff at the cafe were also very helpful and nice. On our last night we hit up the bar and that was the cherry on top with the bartenders Kristina and Maria. We laughed so much with them we enjoyed everything I would def be staying here hoping to see the same faces.
