We liked that it has a swimming pool & laundry facilities. The breakfast is really nice, they have a good variety of food. The Mickey waffles are great.

Overall a great spot to stay if you want to go to Disney or Universal, your about halfway between the two. The rooms are recently refurbished and in good condition. About what you would expect from this price class. Has a pool and hot tub, gym and shuttles to Epcot. Good amount of parking (additional fee). Each suite has a kitchenette, couch, dining table, a large living room, decent bathroom with good pressure and hot water. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend if your either looking for a spot or planning a vacation to the Orlando area.

Room service was not good . Shower gel was not refilled service only every other day .. front desk employees not present most of the time .. coffee was awful .. water leaked out the shower due to not having plastic curtains and would leak all over floor .. pool was dirty and cold would not return

Had asked for a walk in shower for my son that did not happen. No shower hoses had to purchase one. Handicap parking was a nightmare. The elevator closes to the room did not work and the exterior door closest to the room would not open from the outside with the keycard. On the last night a group of young children were there running the halls yelling and playing on the elevators with no supervision.

This was a terrible experience from the start. The hotel didn't recognize my reservation saying that it was under someone else's name even when I showed them the printed confirmation. The hotel felt neglected. Trash was piled up in the hallways for more than a day, room was cleaned every other day, the fridge in the room stopped working and all my food ended up spoiled. It didn't feel like it was a Hilton chain hotel. Breakfast service almost never had black tea.

The reason I did not rate it 5 stars is because a $130 parking fee was charged when I was sure the booking covered parking at their own hotel. It is not nice to not disclose all fees up front and these hidden fees are ways that undercut the experience just starting on the first day we arrived.
