We booked this hotel as it was about 13 mins walk to SeaWorld where we were visiting. Patricia at the front deck was nice and accommodating. Breakfast costed a bit extra, but it is worth it in my opinion. There is a 7-11 store across from the road to grab a drink or a hot dog if needed. We travelled as a family of 4 with 11 and 4 years old.

The room was clean and the hotel was clean. The pool was a bit dirty and the hotel hot tub was not hot (it was broken, not to be fixed until next weekend). Overall most of the staff was very kind and helpful. We would return again if the hot tub was in working order.

The staff we talked with were pleasant. The room was okay. Nothing special by any means. The bathroom door was hard to shut but it wasn't a big deal for us. The air conditioner made a weird noise, but it didn't affect its cooling abilities. We did not purchase breakfast, so we can't comment on that. The walk to Seaworld took about 15 minutes. We would consider staying there again.

Hotel location was great. Cleanliness was good as expected. My complaints would be that I tried to check in around 5 PM. I stood at the check-in desk with no one there and no one could find somebody to help me for probably 15 minutes. Literally no one at the front desk. Also, really looking forward to the hot tub. Was one of the reasons I booked that particular hotel. And the hot tub was not working.

We booked a last-minute trip to SeaWorld this weekend and chose this hotel because of its convenient proximity to the park. The location was even better than we expected! We were so close that we were able to walk from the hotel to SeaWorld at park open, and walk back to the hotel after the park closed. It made our trip so much easier and more convenient, especially with kids. From check-in to check-out, the staff was absolutely excellent. They were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. The waitresses were the sweetest, and my son absolutely loved the waffles. We left very impressed with our experience and will definitely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend this hotel!
