The shower was dirty. We had to clean hair off of the shampoo bottles and the tub. The desk had some kind of sticky stuff underneath it and we went downstairs to have breakfast. There was a blonde lady that was giving us dirty. Looks like don’t even think about coming in here and eating so we went out to eat someplace else. The next day we went earlier to have breakfast she was still there still giving everybody dirty looks. It was terrible and I don’t think it’s right that for whatever reason they charged us a five dollar charge for something on my bill after we left and I wasn’t gonna say anything, but I think that their staff is not friendly. The rooms are not clean and I would not stay there again. The only reason we chose them is because we stayed there last year. The room was much cleaner. The staff was much nicer. They even gave you water for your room this year. Nothing no welcome package at all, and staff was not nice. only the front desk night clerk was the only person that was nice. She was very personable, but nobody else that we ran into what we have to go back in five months and we will not be staying there due to the surf chart for whatever that was and the dirtiness of the room.
