This property was great. Shuttle to the park and an Uber back cost $8 for 4 people. The hotel is convenient to Disney Springs, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was great with plenty of space to sit.

The location was very close to universal which is nice. I saw they had a shuttle to the parks but we did not utilize it. The free parking was nice and hard to find around that area. Breakfast was good and the attendant was on top of everything. It was quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. The staff were very nice and friendly. The parking was generous and the breakfast was hot and filling with good variety. Finally the location is perfect for those looking to be close to the Universal Studios campus. Overall a very good choice.

Basic budget hotel near universal, for the cost of your stay it’s very good value. The hotel itself is in need some refurbing, but the hotel is generally clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, there is everything you need before heading out for the day. Enjoyed the complementary cookies and coffee when returning to the hotel in the evening

This is an older dated Hampton Inn. While the lobby is nice the floors and rooms are definitely in need of updates. Bathroom counter had tiny bugs and the body wash and conditioner bottles were empty upon arrival. Breakfast was okay but warm cookies at check in were a nice touch.
