The pictures in the listing were not representative of the room provided. I did not see that this was not a hotel, and arrived to find a poorly organized "air bnb - type" arrangement. The room was in a questionable neighborhood and was poorly maintained. Instructions arrived that I was to replace my own toilet paper, among other things. 10 minutes after arrival, I received a message from the host that if I needed anything I could call an "employee." I called the number, received no response, got voicemail, received no call-back. In the end, I ate the fee and booked another hotel directly. I spent a total of 20 minutes in the property and paid for 4 nights. Expedia supposedly also tried to reach the host, but with no luck. No resolution from either the host or Expedia. I certainly will not book with this host, and likely will quit booking through Expedia.
