The motel is well situated on the 192 behind the Perkins so no road noise. Room was clean and had a microwave and fridge. Due to my daughter's broken ankle we had a ground for room with walk in shower. The inclusive breakfast was well stocked with waffles iron, firuit,eggs, sausage patties, cereal.Toaster bread and bagels coffee and juice. The pool was clean with pool towels Staff were friendly and helpful. For the price,I would recommend it.

They DO NOT have a hot tub. It’s filled with concrete and is a planter now. That was disappointing because that’s why I chose this hotel also it’s a good location for my needs. Walgreens right in front was a plus. Now… The 1st room we had was filthy. Used covers, terrible smell, stuff in the drawers, & food in the mini fridge… BUT they immediately gave us another room and it was better yet definitely you get what you pay for. The breakfast was decent just what you’d expect and the staff very friendly & responsive.
