The rooms are great and very spacious, the pool is so cute , breakfast is good . Reception staff Carla was very helpful and adorable but another lady we met the next day was not as friendly and definitely glad we got greeted by Carla and not that lady . Just know that the beach is full of seaweed and hard to even get into the water and the odor makes it hard to stay . We drove to the Dutch side for better beaches but still loved the hotel . Cleaning staff was always sweet and did an amazing job . We loved Jay . We did loose power couple times two different days for about one hour and half ,

Great location loved the hotel room spotless clean, use of the beach a block away five beachfront properties we got free chair and umbrellas. Hotel had restaurants and you could also walk a short distance for other options. I definitely would book this hotel again. Staff were all so friendly as well. Buffet breakfast was good and we also had dinner at hotel which was good as well.

Lovely breakfast with a lot of things to choose from. Great staff. Clean and comfy rooms, a bit noisy from neighbours. A short walk to the beach and the little town square for restaurants and minimarket. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Some hurry from the cleaning ladies showing up before 10 every morning. A bit stressful.

Our room was cleaned each day-plenty of travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just had to get use to 2 hand towels & 2 bath towels per day. The staff was very friendly, helpful & there was alway someone on staff who spoke English. We were able to book a ferry ride to St. Barth at the front desk-took less than 10 minute to do & stress free. Breakfast was the same each day and had a good variety for all-hot food was scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, ham & cheese. There were oats & I think cornflakes, fresh fruit and yogurt cups. Then there was the bread section with white bread, French bread, croissants, & a flaky pastry filled with chocolate. This was my favorite! A toaster was on the table to use. By the breads was a selection of jams-I liked the peach the best. Drinks-cold water, orange & mango juices, coffee, milk-hot & cold & hot water for tea. Every morning the most friendliest cat was there to greet you in hopes of getting some scrambled eggs-she got a full belly from me!! There is plenty of parking-facing our bungalow was 6 spots. We chose a garden view room but from our deck we had an ocean view through the trees which was really nice. We did not use the hotel pool- it was very nice looking because we ventured out using the bus & taxi services to go the different cities, attractions & beaches to experience the culture. I give 5 stars for this hotel.

I am a little torn writing this review. I found most of the staff to be quite nice and helpful. My big issue was the first night my room did not have a mosquito net, the mosquitos had a feast with me. Once I finally got the net the next day my stay was much better, but I spent a lot of the first day trying to kill mosquitos. Before I went to bed I had killed 15 and there were still quite a few left. I think housekeeping should strive to kill most mosquitos before leaving the room on the first day. The breakfast was delicious even though it was the same every day, I really enjoyed it. The lady that does breakfast is really nice. The location was perfect for Orient Bay. Overall I enjoyed the property besides the first night and I would recommend it.
