Wonderful property and location. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The balcony with bay view was the best part. We had dinner and morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the marina. We also had a perfect view of 4th of July fireworks. We look forward to staying here again.

Newport is so special and The Landing is a great spot to stay. The best part is the balcony, view, quiet bedroom and having kitchen to make simple breakfast or lunch. Abundant dinner option and fish lovers paradise!
