Excellent customer service…breakfast is at 7 a.m. , we received word that we had to be on the road for 5:00 a.m. when we came to the foyer, the lovely lady had a few things for us on the road. Boiled eggs, yogurt and fruit. Very clean, comfortable sleep. 10/10 in every aspect of our stay.

Perfectly located in Seaside. Hotel is cute and staff was polite and helpful. Unfortunately there is no sound proofing and you can hear people above you and next to you. Also any one walking in the hallways and every door slamming shut. I would request 4th floor if we stay in the future.
