I decided to plan a last minute trip to Seaside for my daughter and I. This was the least expensive for booking 1 week prior. We had never stayed at one of these properties so when we arrived to see there was no check in on the property I was surprised. There was a note directing us to a different one of their properties to check in. Not an issue, it wasn’t that far away and it hadn’t gotten busy in town yet, it took us about 7 mins to drive there (I later realized I had receive a notification from our booking site that I had to check in else where). Once we got into our room it was much smaller than were use to but it was just the 2 of us, no problem. Room and bathroom could use an update. Walls are paper thin but thankfully the neighbors were mostly respectful with noise. Bed was ok. Location was fantastic, very close to beach, restaurants, shops. We would definitely stay here again if price is right like an off week/weekend.

Super convenient for our one night stay. I was traveling with a friend for an event at the event center and this hotel was about as convenient as it gets! We appreciated having our own rooms. The suite was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. And the property was quiet. The price was unbeatable for the amenities! I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

It is centered in a great location for the festivities but checking in was cumbersome. You have to drive to a different hotel and it was 15 min walk and they said you could have the car towed without a pass. It would have been nice to know more about the check-in process we saw other people experiencing the same issue as they arrived.

Pet friendly motel; however, only one pet allowed. This information was not available on Expedia when booking. They were kind enough to allow our other dog since they were both under 10 lbs. Room was okay. It was clean, but a used towel was left in the shower and the “clean” towels; one was dirty. A couple of the outlets were broken and a huge gap under the door. It served its purpose for a place to stay within our budget.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, microwave fridge and coffee maker worked great. Location is walkable to everything you need in the touristy area. Felt safe as a solo female traveler.
