Avis : TrĂšs déçue de mon sĂ©jour – je ne recommande pas Je suis extrĂȘmement déçue par mon sĂ©jour dans cet hĂŽtel. DĂšs l’arrivĂ©e, j’ai constatĂ© un manque flagrant d’hygiĂšne : la chambre Ă©tait sale, les draps semblaient simplement refaits mais pas changĂ©s, et les parties communes laissaient Ă  dĂ©sirer. La nourriture Ă©tait mĂ©diocre, peu de choix et trĂšs peu de saveur. Pire encore : certaines de mes affaires ont disparu, notamment des crĂšmes de soin personnelles laissĂ©es dans la salle de bain. Aucun retour ou solution proposĂ©e par le personnel. un hĂŽtel mal entretenu, au service approximatif, et sans sĂ©curitĂ© pour les affaires personnelles. Je ne reviendrai pas et je ne le recommande pas.

HĂŽtel avec vu magnifique , jolie chambre mais le service nul , plusieurs fois ils ont oubliĂ© de me mettre des serviettes je devait attendre des heures pour en avoir le room service catastrophique, ils ont exigĂ© que je paye tout de suite le plat que j’avais pris alors que j’ai l’habitude ailleurs de tout mettre sur la chambre et tout rĂ©gler Ă  la fin aucun professionnalisme. personnel pas accueillant Quand on demande quelque chose on a l’impression de les dĂ©ranger. Et ils ont essayĂ© de m’arnaquer au niveau du spa les prix Ă©tais affichĂ© sur une pancarte et la dame m’a demandĂ© le double du pris qui Ă©tĂ© notĂ©, je n’ai pas voulu faire la prestation j’ai uniquement pris le massage et niveau propretĂ© c’était pas ouf. C’est dommage car l’hĂŽtel est magnifique et moderne mais pour un 5 Ă©toiles le service ne suit pas

Un problĂšme de communication. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s on nous annoncĂ© que notre rĂ©servation n’avais pas Ă©tait payĂ©e hors que si elle avait belle et bien Ă©tait rĂ©glĂ© dĂ©bitĂ© sur mon compte en temps rĂ©el. Ensuite en arrivant nous avons payĂ© le petit dĂ©jeuner le matin au petit dĂ©jeuner Ă  notre grande surprise (encore une fois) on nous annonce que le Petit dĂ©jeuner n’est pas rĂ©glĂ©e pour ensuite nous dire non c’est bon. Je n’ai pas du tout apprĂ©ciĂ© ce manque d’organisation que ça soit Ă  l’accueil pour la rĂ©servation ou au petit dĂ©jeuner. Vaudrais mieux revoir l’organisation administrative nois voulions rajouter un jour supplĂ©mentaire mais Ă  la suite de ces problĂšmes cela nous a dĂ©courager tant pis il ont perdu 200 euros supplĂ©mentaires. Dommage car l’hĂŽtel est vraiment trĂšs beau et bien placĂ©.

Fabuleux

HĂŽtel trĂšs moderne avec tout le confort. Chambres spacieuses et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©es. Personnel trĂšs attentionnĂ©. Merveilleux spa avec hammam, sauna et jacuzzi ou l’on peut se dĂ©tendre le soir. Vue Ă©poustouflante. Et un bon service de restauration y compris en chambre.

Rubbish hotel be avoided to book with this hotel . nothing relative with sheraton hotel the pool showing working . but wasn't work rude peoples . waste money . Waste time being drive for 5 hours with my kids were excited for pool
