7人で宿泊と伝えたのに箸が6膳しかなかったり、ゴキブリやクモが大量に発生していた。 衛生面と設備面がもう少し良ければもっといい施設になると思います。電話した際の対応等は非常に素晴らしかったです！

渡假屋feel、設備有破爛、不大推薦！

優點:渡假屋感覺，屋子新;空間充裕，樓下是起居室、飯廳、廚房、浴室、洗手間，樓上有三間房、六張單人牀、一個洗手間;車位充足，就在屋前;電器、傢俱、廚房設備尚算齊全。 缺點:地方偏遠，不能以電話號碼或mapcode輸入GPS;入住時收到access guide (PDF)，但未有說明key box的打開方法或鎖匙就藏在key box內，隨後隔鄰的台灣同胞入住時也遇到同一個問題，我們幫忙解決;廚房器具沒有清潔乾淨，我們要重新清潔才敢用，微波爐、多士爐內都有之前的食物殘渣;浴室內body soap的樽蓋爛了，清潔人員似乎未有察覺，我用的時候把它解下，check out後工作人员發電郵來追問，言語中帶有責備之意，感覺被屈！

房子很好，但辦理入住的經驗太糟糕

房子很新，設備很齊全，整潔度也算不錯。但辦理入住時的經驗實在太糟糕。當日晚間到達民宿時發現預定的房子竟然已經有人入住，和民宿店家聯繫他們也完全狀況外，一開始先叫我到另外一間，結果另外一間也有人住了，店家完全不清楚哪間房已有入住的樣子。全家大小一行六人在漆黑的戶外提著大包小包的行李、饑餓交迫等了一個多小時。因為店家一直讓我們枯等，等待期間只好打國際電話求助hotels.com，經過一番折騰，最後說是因為其他房客入住錯誤才造成我們無法check in原本預定的房型，過了一個多小時才安排到其他的房間(新換的房型比較便宜一些，但店家說價錢差不多不願意退價差)。此次事件（出租方將預訂的房間誤給了其他客人），我方損失了等待時間（近2小時）及國際電話費（10多分鐘），精神上損失我不予計較，但里歐拉恩納渡假村及 Hotel. Com是否要研擬一個補償方案，才合理呢？

物有所值

屋子新，性價比高，唯一問題是用不到電話號碼作導航，要開手機用google map，附近很多特式的餐廳，比市區的好吃及便宜。

掃除はされていない、ゴミはそのまま放置されている、タオル類も一切ない 自分たちで掃除をしてゴミを片付けました。 タオルも掃除もゴミの引き取りも当日に取りに行くと言われましたが連絡無しで一切来ない、電話に出ない 翌日の対応も約束の時間にも来てもらえず連絡も無しです。約束の時間の1時間後にようやく来てもらえました。 ホテルと下請けの清掃会社どちらもそのような対応で本当に酷かったです。 旅行の初日の夕方からと次の日の待ちぼうけの時間とかなりの時間を無駄にしました。 タオルも車を走らせわざわざ夜中に買いに走りました。 清掃も全くされておらず、当日中に対応しますと言いその後連絡も無しに来ずに翌日も向こうからの連絡も無く再三色々な場所に連絡を取り約束の時間の1時間後にようやく手ぶらで来てくれました。 その後タオル等を取りに帰って持ってくるまでの間に更に1時間待たされその時に、掛かった費用等を保証しますと言いながら、何も無しにそのまま帰る日まで保証も連絡も無くそのまま放置。 酷すぎます、余談ですがベッドの下からは木の枝にぐるぐるに巻き付けられた長い髪の毛… 普通に怖いです。 酷すぎます、言葉では言い表せないくらい酷いです

不錯的選擇

房子是新房子，走路20分鐘可以到達便利店。有下面幾個地方不足：1、床品是窩夫格狀織物，貼身蓋在身上很不舒服，而且貼近聞到一股淡淡的臭味。床底下發現一個空的飲料瓶，這是在日本旅行第一次發現床底下有垃圾的。2、餐櫥櫃里外都發霉了，抽屜筷子也是發霉的，電飯鍋沒洗乾淨，所以我們7天都沒煮飯。3、3個房間之中，只有主人房的衣櫃裡有一根掛衣服的竿，其他房間的衣櫃沒有，衣服不夠地方掛。
