Breakfast was a plus, we want to say the man in charge of having breakfast ready was very attentive, making sure everything was full, ready to eat. There is another male who was rude with people, when the coffee machine wasn’t working he responded in a rude way! Gray polo uniform, skinny guy, not very tall, young. Besides that, everything was good. Housekeeping were on track, cleaning and having all room amenities available.

Visiting Oneonta to attend baseball games at Cooperstown All Star Village. It is a short 10 minute drive away. A clean and comfortable hotel near a small shopping mall. Staff was overly welcoming and attentive to our questions and to provide assistance. This general manager has surely established a professional atmosphere as exhibited by the employees we met and our observation of the overall appearance of the hotel. A quiet atmosphere for families and a pool for the young at heart. Parking spaces in abundance. There are other hotels in the near by area but you cannot go wrong with this Quality Inn.
