“Old shabby unclean, broken things”

“When choosing this beautiful location we were originally looking at staying in Opotiki (15 kms south) but decided this was a far better option based on the ammenities and views offered. The price was also less than staying in your standard motel in town. Our host was there to meet us and made us feel most welcome explaining the options and set up. He recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner ( The Royal) and we weren’t disappointed at all. The surrounding area is rich with native birds...

“Unit was clean and equipped with all necessary items for 3 persons. Beds were comfortable with the Queen bed only having electric blanket. Overall the Family unit was adequate, staff were helpful, parking right outside unit. Some tidying up e.g, paths swept required around the outside seating areas.”
