Breakfast and staff are great. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere within the city core. The location is perfect for exploring on foot. The courtyard pool was a nice amenity. Parking was a bit iffy, but we were fortunate to find an empty spot in the free lot immediately behind the hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel

Absolutely wonderful place. Really kind staff who were so lovely. Breakfasts were really good and delicious. Everything was thought of to make our stay enjoyable. The place its self is beautiful and relaxing to stay in. A little oasis in the middle of a pretty town. We loved it there and would love to return .

Hidden Gem

A beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location close to the old city center and the harbor. The staff are top notch with Marcus, the manager, very helpful and knowledgeable about what to do. Breakfast was possibly the best we've had in any hotel so far in our 4 weeks of travel and the morning staff at breakfast could not have been nicer. I would not hesitate to return

Jewel in the heart of Olãho

What a jewel very centrally located. The lady that attended us was super nice and there were many little nice touches. You can feel that they really care. Our short one night stay couldn’t have been better and is was very quiet. I think the rooms on the upper floor are a bit bigger and have more light. Our room on the ground floor with city view was a bit dark with a window looking against a wall of a narrow side alley. Perfect if you just stay for the night, but if you spend more time at the hotel, would choose a bigger room upstairs.

Darling little place in an excellent location

Casa Rosa Villa is a great little gem. It is a 4 min walk from the train station, centrally located to town and the wharf yet quiet enough to sleep! I was lucky to arrive 10 minutes before a rooftop yoga class (taught by David (the owner). It was much needed after 20 hours of travel. David taught a fantastic class, gave me some recommendations for local restaurants and then I crashed and slept for 10 hours in a dark, quiet and cozy room. Breakfast was delicious - everything is local and fresh. The scrambled eggs were perfect and creamy, coffee strong and hot and croissants and jam fresh. I had some time before moving to my next location and enjoyed an afternoon by the pool and common area with free fresh coffee, tea and cold water all day long. Really a sweet little place with excellent service and a warm and friendly staff. Of note: the second floor rooms are up a steep staircase so request a room on the first floor if that is a concern.

Lovely renovated "villa" in downtown Olhao. Samuel, the host on duty greeted us warmly, checked us in, offering a cool drink. There is a coffee and tea service in the office / breakfast area until 7 p.m. which we used. Room was comfortable and quiet. The only downside was not finding parking in the back but we had to use the public areas on the street out front, which is pay and time limited on weekdays. Finally, the breakfast was amazing! Fresh fruit, beautiful pastries and croissants, eggs cooked to order, specialty coffees made to order.
