Reserved room unavailable, was given another room at an increased price. Cabinets and microwave were broken Hab to change rooms Next room had no towels but was slightly cleaner than previous room Room entry door was extremely hard to open and close Deadbolt lock was not lined up correctly and not useable

There were homeless camps across from the hotel. Was given a key and walked in on another person and a large dog that lost it mind on me. The room was old and very dirty. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Trash in hallways etc.

I had booked a room a week in advance for clinicals. I show up to check in after driving 3 hours and the women at the desk tells me they are not taking any reservations and are having everyone leave because the hotel was sold??? I never got an email saying ny reservation would be cancled and the whole thing was very weird and unprofessional.
