“We were in the older building. Shower took a good 10 minutes to heat up. Air conditioner was very loud and someone was smoking pot both nights we stayed. When I notified the front desk the first night they turned off the air conditioner on their end very quickly and said they would send security up to check out the smell right away, so staff were very good. We dined at the Hooded Merganser and the on-site breakfast restaurant, both were very good with lovely staff!”

“We had an amazing stay I didn’t like our first room so the front desk person was amazing in accommodating us with a larger nicer room for an upgrade cost but it was worth it. We plan on visiting again in the summer but this time for a week there’s just so much to do in Summerland .”
