The place is conveniently located. We could walk to everything. It was easy to ark in the parking lot. The free breakfast was great. Loved the kitchen area. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was supplied with all amenities.

Great location and a well-maintained property. One thing to know before you arrive: there is no cell phone service in the area. Management recommends printing your check-in instructions ahead of time, and I’d strongly suggest doing so—at the very least, make sure you have the Wi-Fi password handy. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

Sooo…Hard to calibrate expectations on value as the only room I could get was the “condo” with extra bedroom, etc. Not a normal stay for me and I don’t have other experiences to compare it to. It certainly is convenient to the GAP trail, and beautiful setting and Ohiopyle is an awesome little community. So the negatives-The property itself was passably clean; however there was food in the refrigerator from the last customers and I couldn’t get the shower to turn on (the pulldown on spout apparently stuck). I needed to get redressed and go to the office to get help; but they were responsive and fast. (Required a pair of channel lock pliers to free up the pulldown diverter- not sure how does this go undiscovered?). And I dont recall if it is on website but there was no soap or shampoo; but I had brought my own. The AC struggled to keep the room cool. On the positive Ohiopyle Suites was super accommodating of my bike in my room which I appreciate. The staff was super responsive. Ice was available and it was nice and quiet at night. The breakfast was a basic continental but more than sufficient for me.

The property is convenient for those of us arriving by bicycle. I didnt like the way I got messages, so many emails with a link with a list of messages and no way to tell which ones I had already opened and read. When I called a bit confused, the staff person said all the info was in the messages... but then answered my questions nicely. The room was big enough to store our two bikes without being a hazard. The place was clean and the co tine tal breakfast room Was well supplied. Recommend for through bikers.

This was an excellent location. It's a tiny 'town' and rather remote. If you want to hike, cycle, or do some white water rafting - this is the place to stay - you are literally right in the middle of Ohiopyle State Park. Our 2 BR unit was well maintained and immaculate. We did encounter a few glitches. The unattended, virtual check-in was a colossal failure as the 'smart lock' on the door did not work, Fortunately, even though it was Sunday evening around 6:30pm, we were able to get in touch with someone and a key was provided after about a 30 minute wait. Later, we discovered that bath towels had been overlooked, and another call and this time about a 60 minute wait. During our stay the entire town lost power for about 30 minutes - not sure what happened, but given the location I was expecting hours. Running low on cash, we discovered the only ATM in town was out of cash (or had some other 'unable to dispense' reason). Wi-fi was adequate, and we were able to use our Netflix and YouTube accounts on the in-room smart TV. A variety of cold (some microwaveable) items are provided for breakfast and there was plenty of hot coffee. In spite of the glitches, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. There are nearby towns with more selection if you need something, but I'd recommend you treat it with a bit of a 'camping' mentality bring your favorite foods, cash, something to do it if rains, and anything else you think you want .... oh - and a flashlight - lol!
