The place gets the job done: a clean, safe place to spend the night. Quiet (we were not on the highway side), too. Serviceable breakfast, polite staff. But it won't be the highlight of your trip. Perhaps the place is a metaphor for Ogallala itself.

It was a good rest spot location wise. The room was nice but right above us was parties that threw a pizza box on my car after midnight and woke us up. They were laughing and cussing about it. Didn’t appreciate that. We had a small dog with us and there is no place to walk her that didn’t have horrible stickers that got in her paws.

The bed was clean and comfortable, the floors were dirty…carpeted and tile were both in need of vacuuming. Linens were skimpy, only one wash cloth. No lotion….some sections of facility were closed and in need of major repair.

This property is very old, the beds were clean, however the bathroom had mold in the shower. The pool was nice the kids loved the colored lights. The breakfast was terrible. Over all for a quick overnight stay it was ok. The staff did what they needed to do but could have been a little more personable.

I always like when they have a full breakfast that helps me choose where I’m gonna stay the hot tub was not hot at all. Not sure what was wrong with it, should be looked into The Pet rooms should have some sort of wooden floor instead of all carpet. Outback by the dumpsters needs to be picked up lots of trash blowing around. Stayed four days with grandson.

We’ve stayed before at this time the property does not seem very well maintained. Our breakfast was hot, but the food didn’t seem like real food scrambled eggs and sausage were a very weird texture ??? Tried to microwave to heat up—worse? Didnt eat. Pool and hot tub clean and enjoyed - second room assigned nice and no smell. Everything in the hotel, very very strong perfumed scents- First room had to change— way too strong. Our second room inside was nice-clean . All the halls and areas that took us to our room / very very strong scents covering up something not so good??? Outside of doors and paint in common hall- all need attention

The room was a bit diff than pic as far as a walk in shower,but we did get a handicapped tub shower that had lots of safety bars and low to step in to it as my sister was post knee sx, she did great with the set up, so was all good. The sink was ok too but no place to set toilitries the only down side. Room nice, carpet recently cleaned and a bit damp but smelled great! Breakfast had a great variety of proteins, waffles, cereal, juice, milk and coffee pastries yogurts ect...very nice set up roomy! Hot tub great tho jets a bit stronger than use too. Pool nice as well and a nice gym as well. Front staff was very friendly and made check out and in, quick and pleasant. Have extras if needed too like more room coffee! Loved that they had in room coffee pots,with fridge and microwaves as well, very nice. I'd deffinatly recommend them! Very affordable too, a Big bang, for your buck!

The staff at check-in was friendly and helpful. Our room was in the older section, where the rooms are entered from outside. The sink and bathtub were either stained or dirty, and near the bottom of the bathroom door, there were splatters from something. When I pulled back the covers, there were two very small brownish stains on the quilt. Thankfully we had two beds and the other bed linens were clean. The room needed a detailed, thorough cleaning. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and we were thankful for the breakfast that was provided the next morning.

Breakfast was the best I have had in a QI. Real eggs- cheese omelette.Very pleasant staff. Easy parking. Shopping area with restaurants a 5 min drive away. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: The AC unit is very old and tacky. Surprised they are not updated like the cheaper hotels are. It works but cannot set a specific temperature- only a number 1-10.
