“The property is not as described. It is listed as an Apartment when in actual fact it is a room within a shared house. The room is tired, requiring redecoration, the kitchen was dirty and in need of a full renovation. The shared bathroom for the complete property was terrible, with massive cracks, gaps and mould. Outside, there is no off-street parking, we had to park on a side street a few hundred yards away. There was lots of rubbish and old rotten doors in the front yard! I would describe...

It is ensuit. This room is on the 1st floor. The Kitshen is shared and is on another floor. There is double bed, so technically you can have 2 people sleeping on the same bed. “Property was clean. Not as stated entire property. Shared facilities. Bathroom via the kitchen on ground floor had child. Did not feel we could relax here as thought we had entire apartment. Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best.”
