Had a great stay with Keisha. The house was clean, with AC units in each bedroom and there were two bathrooms. The interior decor was relaxed, warm and inviting. The property was in a good location where you could access Dunns River and Blue Hole. Overall an excellent stay. Just a heads-up, read the fine print in the booking. There is a local charge cleaning fee that is paid on check-in. There is also a security deposit due the same time that will be given back if no property damage.

New year getaway.

The property was fairly tidy. Garbage was in the bin upon entry. Super location, very safe gated community. Check-in was smooth and easy. Very good communication maintained with property manager Keisha. I probably misunderstood some basics before renting however. For example, only one toilet paper on the roll was supplied. No cleaning agent or dish washing liquid. We bought our own. The cleaning was provided at the beginning and end of stay. The property is well kept. Hot water was very limited for a family of 5 adults. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Privacy was good. I would rent again if the hot water tank was enhanced. I need warm showers, very important!

We booked this property for 5 days but barely stayed there. No air in the living room only the bedrooms. Ceiling fans does not work. Standing fam is old and dirty. It’s a nuance trying to reach the host when guest are trying to come through for a visit. Broken fixtures and only had use of one shower as the main bathroom does not have a properly functioning shower head. We were cordial with the host and kept her in the know with our issues. We left the property in tip top shape and possibly just one trash can in bathroom with half filled. This host texted us a barrage of “broken” items including a busted pipe from the yard which is tucked away behind the trash can. The landscapers were there during our visit so if they damage anything on the outside of the property why are we being blamed. Also I videoed the property when leaving to show all was in the same condition as I got the home. In my video it shows all curtains up and where they should be yet the host sent me a video with the curtain rod torn down on the front room. It seems these are old videos they may be sending out to not pay back your deposit. How petty of this host to try and scam us out of $100 USD. This will be the reason Jamaicans get a bad rep. I’m so disgusted

Absolutely amazing loved every minute the villa was beautiful, very clean and well looked after it had everything you needed pots pans and so on it was a home from home. The pool and gym was great, clean and well maintained. The gated community was very secure they don't just let any1 in. About at 5 min drive to Ocho Rios, we love every minute of it. The 3 bedrooms were tastefully decorated and had good quality beds and linen, enough toiletries, snacks, teas, coffees, drinks and supplies for our stay. The host was charming and cared enough to check in to see if we were ok or needed anything, they were only just a phone call away. I love that we were very close to all the main attractions in Ocho Rios and the beaches but could also escape to this villa and relax in this peaceful quite secure home. I highly recommend staying here to anyone who wants to really experience Jamaica while feeling safe and comfortable.
